Does it list every relevant meeting, or just some?

For 'which meetings dealt with X' or list-and-count questions — like how many resolutions are still outstanding, or what is on the confidentiality register — the tool hands you the complete, current set, not a handful of close matches. A count is a real count.

It pins down the year or date range you named and works through every meeting in it, so a topic that came up seven times shows all seven — and it won't invent a meeting that doesn't belong.

Coverage grid by year for Full Council meetings: each meeting is a cell, filled green where its agenda and minutes are indexed and searchable, and hollow where the council has not published the files yet. Dense green from 2023 onward; sparse for 2015 to 2022.
The 'What we've indexed' view — every known meeting, and exactly which have documents. Green = indexed and searchable; hollow = not yet published.

You can always see the honest coverage picture yourself on the What we're tracking page.
