Is my question saved? What about personal details I mention?
The words you type are only held in working memory while your answer is being written — they are never saved to any file, log, or database in their original form.
Before anything is kept for quality checks, an automated filter strips out personal details — names, addresses, phone numbers — and swaps in generic placeholders. It runs on our own hardware, with a secure cloud fallback if that hardware is unavailable; if neither can run, your question text is withheld entirely rather than stored unfiltered.
You don't need to censor yourself when you ask.
