Why does an answer show only about 15 sources?

Every answer is built from the most relevant documents in the council's public record, capped at about 15 distinct sources. The cap keeps answers focused and fast, and keeps the source material within the amount the tool can read well in a single pass.

The cap favours variety over repetition: at most two documents come from any one meeting, so those sources usually span eight or more different meetings rather than many slices of the same one.

For broad questions that genuinely span many meetings over several years, the tool raises the cap automatically and draws from far more meetings, so you still see the full sweep.
