City of Mitcham and KruseLegal accounts sign straight in with Microsoft. Everyone else can request access with a Google account — your first sign-in lodges the request, and the operator approves each one personally. You'll sign in on Microsoft's or Google's own page — CouncilTracer never sees or stores your password.
Every answer here links to the live page on the council website — if the page changes, the weekly refresh picks it up.
